Onion Crusted Chicken Recipe
4 large boneless skinless chicken breast
1 package Lipton's onion soup mix
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- Clean chicken breasts, remove fat and rinse with warm water.
- Mix balsamic dressing and E.V.O.O in small bowl.
- Mix onion soup mix and one large handful of breadcrumbs in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast in dressing mixture and cover with dry mix.
- Place in a casserole dish.
- Repeat for all 4 chicken breasts.
- Drizzle remaining dressing on top and around the chicken and add remaining dry mix.
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees for a half hour.
- Take chicken out and flip over, add more E.V.O.O if needed.
- Bake for another thirty minutes.
- Take out and ENJOY :)
